- Hands-On Electrical Work: Take a proactive, hands-on role in Cabinet wiring, repair, testing, commissioning, and calibration of electrical and safetycritical rail equipment.
- Technical & Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day supervision, mentoring, and technical guidance to one electrical engineer/technician, ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance.
- Resource & Stock Management: Order materials, manage stock levels, and coordinate maintenance activities to support manufacturing and project requirements.
What to bring
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution and control systems. Ability to read, interpret, and contribute to electrical and system designs, with awareness of track design requirements
- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is preferred but not mandatory; however, strong organisational skills are essential for success in this role.
