The connection between the hardwired and the radio warning system with the ZRT-30

The ZÖLLNER Radio Transceiver ZRT-30 connects our hardwired system with the warning devices of the Mobile Radio Warning System (MRWS) - for a more efficient, economical and even more flexible protection of worksites.

Your advantages at a glance

  • New application possibilities for existing components
  • Direct integration into existing systems (via the excavator warning output of the SSE2)
  • SIL 3
  • Mechanically compatible with existing components from the MRWS family
  • Familiar operating elements of the ZÖLLNER MRWS

Possible applications

Combination of radio and hardwired system

The ZRT-30 is the link between the control unit (SSE2) and the warning devices of the mobile radio warning system. For example, a hardwired system can be used as a warning system that triggers a warning device chain with ZPW126-10 or ZPW-12.

Easily integration for machine warning

The ZRT-30 enables the warning signal from a hardwired system on the field-side (e.g. with ZPW126-31) to be forwarded to the machine's own warning system A ZPW126-10 is controlled as an ERRI receiver on the track-laying machine - flexibly scalable depending on the number of warning devices required.

Even in more complex configurations, such as assembly line work with several warning areas, each hardwired system can be individually combined with its own ZRT-30.

Targeted expansion in loud areas

In particularly loud areas on the worksite, the hardwired warning system can be complemented with ZPW126-10 at certain points - for better perceptibility of the warning signals.
