Innovation // Jasper Göttsch becomes ZÖLLNER CIO

Wir freuen uns, Herrn Jasper Göttsch als ersten ZÖLLNER CIO vorstellen zu dürfen! Schon seit geraumer Zeit wird der Innovation immer mehr Platz und Bedeutung in unserem Unternehmen eingeräumt. Nun soll das Thema auch auf höchster Ebene ganz offiziell vertreten sein, um bei allen wichtigen Entscheidungen mit berücksichtigt zu werden.

Herr Dr. Philipp Murmann, Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der ZÖLLNER Gruppe, erläutert: „Innovation und eine starke Innovationskultur sind entscheidende Faktoren für die Weiterentwicklung der Firmengruppe ZÖLLNER und unseren wirtschaftlichen Erfolg in der Zukunft“.

Herr Göttsch ist schon 10 Jahre bei ZÖLLNER und ist also bestens mit der Firma und unseren Produkten vertraut.

Angefangen im Produktmanagement hat Herr Göttsch während seiner Zeit bei ZÖLLNER unter anderem das Produktmanagement, die Produktlinie Infrastructure Solutions sowie den Bereich Innovation geleitet. Nun, als CIO, ist es sein Ziel, die Innovation, die er stets bei ZÖLLNER erfahren und leben durfte, allen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern zu ermöglichen und im Unternehmen nicht nur weiterhin ein Bewusstsein, sondern auch die Freude an der Innovation zu unterstützen:

„Innovative Themen haben mich während meiner Karriere schon immer begleitet. Anfangs nah am Produkt und sehr operativ geprägt freue ich mich in meiner neuen Funktion zusammen mit allen Kolleginnen und Kollegen die Herausforderungen unserer jetzigen und zukünftigen Zeit anzugehen. Im Mittelpunkt meiner Arbeit steht fortan, der gesamten ZÖLLNER Unternehmensgruppe die Auseinandersetzung mit innovativen Themen zu erleichtern und den kritischen und kreativen Umgang mit potentiellen Problemlösungen zu fördern.“

Wir freuen uns sehr, gemeinsam mit Herrn Göttsch neben unseren bestehenden Sparten auch neue Wege einzuschlagen und blicken gespannt auf die kommenden Jahre!

 

We are excited to announce Jasper Göttsch as ZÖLLNER’s first CIO! Innovation and its place in our company has continually grown over the past few years.

As our Managing Partner, Dr. Philipp Murmann explains: “Innovation and a strong innovation culture are deciding factors for the development of the ZÖLLNER group and its economic success in the future.”

Jasper has been at ZÖLLNER for 10 years and is therefore very familiar with both our company and our products.

Hired as a product manager, Jasper has since led the product management team, the business unit Infrastructure Solutions and the innovations department. Now, as CIO, it is his goal to give all employees access to the innovation that always accompanied him throughout his work and to support not only an awareness for but a joy of innovation:

“Innovative topics have always been a part of my career. In the beginning it was close to the product and on the more operative side. In my new position, I look forward to tackle current and future challenges alongside my colleagues. From now on, the focus of my work is to make it easier for the entire ZÖLLNER group to deal with innovative topics and to promote the critical and creative handling of potential solutions to problems."

We look forward to taking new paths alongside Jasper, while of course continuing our work in the existing business units, and are eager to see what the next few years have in store!
