Unser Kaffeelieferant, die Kaffeeküste Laboe, lud interessierte Mitarbeitende zu einem Taste&Roast Abend ein. Vor Ort konnten wir viel über die Arbeitsweise der Rösterei lernen, die verschiedenen Kaffees ausgiebig verkostet und durften den Röstvorgang begleiten.

Gemeinsam Gutes tun // Kuchen gegen Spende
Am 6. Dezember 2023 organisierte unser Betriebsrat die alljährliche „Kuchen gegen Spende“ Aktion, die in der zweiten Januarwoche ihren Höhepunkt erreichte, als wir zur großen Freude des „Kieler Netzwerk gegen Kinderarmut“ die Spendensumme in Höhe von 1.300 € überreichen konnten.
In sales, you have to work independently. You’re often on the road, and you meet a lot of customers. That is why it is so important that we have a team we can rely on. Working in our team is especially fun because it is so international: We have colleagues from Hungary, France, Italy, and many other countries.

I have been working for the ZÖLLNER company since 2013. I started as a student and have since moved on to become the head of the Infrastructure Solutions product line. In addition to the very positive family environment, ZÖLLNER is probably most characterised by the fact that you can always make a proactive contribution yourself and actively help shape the future of the company.
