Auf den Spuren unseres ZÖLLNER Kaffees
Unser Kaffeelieferant, die Kaffeeküste Laboe, lud interessierte Mitarbeitende zu einem Taste&Roast Abend ein. Vor Ort konnten wir viel über die Arbeitsweise der Rösterei lernen, die verschiedenen Kaffees ausgiebig verkostet und durften den Röstvorgang begleiten.
In sales, you have to work independently. You’re often on the road, and you meet a lot of customers. That is why it is so important that we have a team we can rely on. Working in our team is especially fun because it is so international: We have colleagues from Hungary, France, Italy, and many other countries.

I started my training as an industrial clerk at ZÖLLNER in 2005. To this day, even though I have been away three times due to my three children, I still work at ZÖLLNER and feel very happy here. What makes ZÖLLNER special? We have a great working atmosphere. And even though we’re growing steadily, it still feels like a family to me. I am very proud to be part of this company and hope for many more wonderful years to come.
